Car talk

Oh hi Mr. Facebook!

Just kidding. Loved your video, can’t wait for the next one. It was a nice surprise running into your video this morning before we did church. Everyone has gotten a kick out of seeing it. Mom didn’t know your recipe was a joke, it was, right? That was a pretty impressive job, the script was tight, the presentation was great, editing was nice, you even used a popular soundtrack. It reminded me of the fine job you once did on the famous documentary Goblin Valley 5

This week was pretty much about the car and getting your brothers driving. Joe’s up to one hour thirty-five minutes. He’s getting a little confidence until he inadvertently got into a little traffic, which as you know, can be scary the first few times. Jacob drove to grandmas last night. He hadn’t driven much since last year since the pig broke down. He was a little nervous, but he did really great. We also changed the oil this week. The transmission overheated again. I power wash the radiator and got a bunch of gunk out, hopefully that will improve cooling. If it continues, I have a plan B and a Plan C, with escalating difficulty. I also ordered a manifold runner adjuster, then I need to put tires on it. Cars...pffft.

Today we went for a ride with the Heumann family. We went up Emigration Canyon to big mountain, where the famous “This is the place” was uttered by Brigham Young. Then we went to East Canyon Resevior , Morgan, Mountain Green, Trappers Loop, then grandmas for ice cream. These rides are fun, it’s fun being with uncle Tim and everyone. Your brothers love being with Jordan. They tell a lot of Ben stories.

Sorry about the text on Friday. I actually got a FaceTime call from you. It confused me because it was FaceTime, not hangouts. My mind rushed back to March, and that infamous call. So that’s why I texted you.

This week I set up two levels of security to catch the “Knocker”. Mom vetoed the bear trap and the trip wire, so I got a motion sensing light and a WiFi camera. I have several recordings of me cluelessly looking at my phone trying to get the light to turn on, but no culprit.

Otherwise this week was quite. I did manage to impress my boss with a branding presentation, and mom was shocked that I actually sounded intelligent on part of a call she overheard.

Well, I love you my Facebook star.
